What is Ener-C?

Ener-C is an oral effervescent multivitamin powder, available in convenient dose sachets. 1 sachet daily mixed in water helps boost energy and support immune function, as well as provide hydration.

Can children take Ener-C?

Ener-C is recommended for adults. If you wish to give a child under 18 years of age Ener-C, please consult your healthcare professional prior to use. 

Can I take Ener-C if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Ener-C contains Vitamin A 750 mcg Retinol Equivalents (from Retinol Acetate). When taken in excess of 3000 mcg Retinol Equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

Does Ener-C contain any GMO (genetically modified organism) ingredients?

Is Ener-C free of nuts?
Yes, Ener-C does not contain or come in direct contact with nuts however, the facility is not dedicated nut free.
Is Ener-C gluten free?

Yes, Ener-C is tested and verified to be gluten free.

Is Ener-C lactose and dairy free?

Yes, Ener-C is tested and verified to be lactose and dairy free.

Does Ener-C contain artificial sweeteners?

No. Ener-C does not contain artificial sweeteners. It is sweetened with natural sugar cane.

How much sodium is in each sachet of Ener-C?

Ener-C has a low sodium content, containing 60mg sodium per sachet.

Is Ener-C suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
Yes, Ener-C is suitable for vegans and vegetarians as it does not contain any animal products.
How much sugar is in each sachet of Ener-C?

Each sachet of Ener-C contains 5 g of natural non-GMO cane fructose.

Ener-C does not contain any artificial sweeteners. 

Can I take Ener-C if I have thyroid problems?

Each sachet of Ener-C contains 150 mcg iodine from potassium iodine. Iodine helps to support thyroid function. However, if you have any serious medical conditions relating to your thyroid, please consult with your health care professional prior to consuming Ener-C.

Why does Ener-C come in individual sachets?

Ener-C is an effervescent powder with hygroscopic properties. That means the powder is prone to absorbing moisture and will start fizzing immediately. Ener-C comes in individual sachets to ensure that the Ener-C powder is fresh and has not reacted with moisture within the air prior to consumption.

What is the maximum number of sachets of Ener-C you can consume in a day?

We advise not to exceed two sachets daily of Ener-C unless under the care of your health care professional.

Ener-C SPORT is an electrolyte drink mix to replenish essential minerals lost through sweat, and to support exercise recovery. It contains magnesium, restores and supports the body’s electrolytes and helps enhance the body’s energy reserves. 

Can children take Ener-C SPORT?

Ener-C SPORT is recommended for adults. If you wish to give a child under 18 years of age Ener-C SPORT, please consult your healthcare professoinal prior to use. 

Can I take Ener-C SPORT if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Ener-C SPORT is not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless recommended by your health care professional.

Can I dissolve Ener-C SPORT in less than 500mL of water?

You can, however it will taste saltier as the electrolytes are not as dilute. We recommend that Ener-C SPORT be dissolved in 500mL of water to help support rehydration.

Why isn’t Ener-C SPORT effervescent like regular Ener-C?

Ener-C SPORT is not an effervescent drink. The bubble in effervescent drinks while exercising can lead to bloating and potential discomfort.

How much sugar is in Ener-C SPORT?

There is 800mg of glucose in each sachet of Ener-C Sport.

Is Ener-C SPORT free of nuts?
